Unreactive Ivory

Hello!
I'm after some suggestions. I had an elaborate idea at 3am (  ) which i really want to try out
To do it, im going to need to use black (or very dark brown) and an unreactive ivory colour, ie. not effetre. I know CIM Butter Pecan and Ginger are described as 'unreactive' on website, i have some unique butter pecan but its quite translucent when pulled thin which is no good I need it to be opaque. Never used ginger but need it to be as similar to ivory as it can be.
Any suggestions? The lines between black and ivory need to be very crisp.

How about encased ivory stringer? Vetro ivory is less reactive than Effetre ivory but will still have show a reaction outline with the copper colours.

thanks jo but it would be pulling a murrini, ivory base with black lines not sure if it would work with encased stringer?

Down to trial and error really when it comes to murrini making with reactive colours. Ivory doesn't react with black though. Best not to use Hades or Nero intenso if you are looking for crisp rather than organic murrini effects - I would favour Tuxedo over Effetre/Vetro when murrini making as it stays a truer black colour when puled very thin (rather than dense purple or dense blue).

Try Reichenbach deep black and eff ivory standard.
