Help, kiln losing heat....

Why does it always happen at the weekend ....

I have an sc2 (had it for a good while now), and I'm garaging at 500. The Kiln gets to temp and us holding for a while (clicking away merrily), then it starts to rapidly drop in temp .. the clicking stops .. I've now just skipped to the next step going to 520, it list some heat, then started clicking away and got there (it's holding now ).

I will probably try a new relay ... will contact cherry heaven... just wondered if anyone had any ideas please ....

Nah, be amazed if it is the realy as the relay would refuse to work whether you pressed skip or not. I suppose you can never say never.

If you are in a segment, the clicking stops but when you forward the segment the clicking starts again and everything is fine then that sound more like a) programming user error (which I doubt) or b) the controller is playing up.
