Lovely bead but how do you keep the silvered glass colours? I have been practising with non silvered glass and have cracked the technique (well - nearly!) but when I tried with a rod of DH Elektra all the colours disappeared. Did I chose a bad glass to try this with or was I melting down too quickly?
