Otherwise known as EDP

An Effetre handpulled colour, number 254. Opaque glass that produces a range of lovely purples. Named EDP because of its tendency to devitrify - loose its glassy-ness - when worked in certain temperature zones, you will see the glass go rough looking, it is possible to get rid of the devitrification by heating the glass.

There is a good tutorial on wet canvas about how to work EDP here.
