My last piece of glass has broken (before fusing) can I mend it?

Hello
I am at the end of making a three piece wave scene in shades of blue and I just cut the very last shape out of 3mm Bullsey Opal glass and guess what!!!! It broke in half when I put the running pliers on to it arghhhhhh.
If I were to put the two halves together on my
Uncertainty of clear glass in the kiln and tack fuse them would the crack be visible or would it knit together?
Or if I full fuse the broken halves would they join that way so that I could recut and use the glass as one piece?
Is there anyway to recover cracked glass?
Thanks

Either method will show the join. Can you just reshape each piece so it looks deliberate?

Can you cover the crack with Frit or stronger or something  in the pattern to hide it?

I could try covering with frit would this melt into the cracks and hid the join do you think?

It won't make it look like a whole sheet of glass again, just cover the crack. If it really spoils the design having a line of frit (or stringer or whatever) across that piece, your only option is to cut a fresh piece of glass. You can use up the cracked bit in something else.
