batch annealing in a Nabertherm bead kiln

Please someone help !!
I am totally confused. I have a Nabertherm M5 Bead kiln with P300 controller, purchased a few years ago but couldn't use till now.
The instructions are giving me brain ache, I really can't understand them.
If anyone has this kiln would they very kindly post a batch annealing schedule for Effetre to use with this kiln.
OH, and idiot proof instructions for programming the controller
