First fuse, any last minute tips?

Elaine, did you add any stringers or allow the fern stem to project to let any gases escape?

Hi Pat,  Yes, I deliberately left the fern stem sticking out.  I wonder if it would have been better with slightly smaller pieces of glass; there's only one air bubble right in the middle.  I'll try next with 75mm square.  Don't have any plain stringers and I don't do lampwork so can't make any either, but I could try the frit in the corners trick.

It has indeed Pat, it's the all the same glass, Tekta is cheaper than Bullseye because it is machine rolled, whereas the latter is hand-rolled.
