I so admire all the lovely sets that are posted up on FH, but when I have a go, the beads are slightly all different sizes hence I stick to pairs and focals as a rule, or use a press. There is something about even-sized bead sets that is so crisp and more aesthetically appealing than a collection of nearly-the -same beads. SO, what rollers do you all recommend?

I have a mixture of Pegasus and CGs.

All my rollers are Pegasus, but my presses are a mixture of Maria Louise's, Bavarian Beads, Perlenpress and Zoozis.
I wouldn't be without my Bavarian Beads 3D Heart press or my Pegasus Mixed Plain Roller

I recently bought the large donut bead shaper from Howaco Glass - http://howacoglass.com/tools_shaping.html - and I love it!

Lowest price I could find and the postage was kept as low as possible too - very reasonable indeed.  I emailed a few questions I had before I bought it and got really fast and helpful responses.

I bought it because I had problems with keeping bead sizes consistent - you can see the first beads I made with it here :)  http://hotoffthemandrel.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/little-something-for-myself.html

Just looked at the Howaco rollers and the prices are really good, very affordable.

My most versatile roller is this one

Great for rounds, donuts and making rounded button beads! I unscrewed the handle and have it on my torch mounted marver!

but I do have a few!!

I did the same with my roller from Howaco :)

I often have the same problem with my beads too mel.  And I know it's not a marver or press related answer, but I always keep a little sliding brass caliper thingy set to the size I need by my torch so I can quickly pop it over a coolish bead to make sure it's roughly the right size.  It's surprising how often it needs a bit more adding or has turned into a bit of a corker without me realising.   ;D
