Just got back from work and found it waiting for me

WOW. What a lot of work you have put in. Yes, a stock column (maybe when I last ordered it and who from, to keep track of how much I use - cant you tell I work in retail?) and maybe one for notes eg. how stiff it is, if it reacts well/badly with anything etc etc.

he he he, I worked in retail for four and a half years.

This list started when I decided I wanted to label all my rods and being a database analyst putting a list into a database and then getting the labels to print out from there seemed the only way to go. So now when ever I get a new colour I add it to the list and then it's ready for me to use to print labels.

On the labels I put,

part number glass manufacturer and COE
Colour name supplier (bearing in mind this can change)
Clarity date received (you know glass colour can vary from batch to batch)

I might ditch the glass manufacturer and coe as I can tell that from the part number.
