DOH!  I do the bay occassionally for a few things but not that often so don't often think of it!  Lesson learned (hopefully)!!!  Thanks Kaz!

I had a 6kg bottle empty all by itself without me lifting a wrench to it. So glad it was (mostly) outside when it did 
Got an odd look at the suppliers, but they took it back & replaced it.
