Small nicks on beads

I have found that there is only one (well I thought there was until I had taken another off the mandrel and given it a good clean!).  I am going to save the one that definately has a mark on it and is still on the mandrel as I will be making more over the weekend and will have some little ones to batch anneal then I can do a few together rather than putting the kiln on batch anneal for one bead.  Sounds like it works though, wish I had asked this question ages ago I have quite a few like it that are perfect (in my eyes) apart from tiny scratches.  Love the idea of curved mandrels.
