Looking for a transparent navy colour COE104

Hi, I'm sure I have used an effetre special before to get a lovely deep navy blue colour, but can't seem to track it down.  Can anyone suggest an alternative?  I haven't had great success with CIM Leaky Pen, but guess I could try again but wondered if there were any other alternatives?

I wouldn't say it's navy exactly, but CIM Sapphire is quite a darkish blue.

Is it ink blue you're after?

I'd say ink blue too, it's navy with a hint of purple.

i find ink blue to be more purple than blue, for Navy i'd say cobalt!

I'd say In Blue too.
It is the colour that encases the periwinkle in my implosions. Deffo a blue
