I was going to suggest Off Mandrel or Warm Glass but can't see it on their sites.  Do people like Cookson Gold or Palmer Metals sell?

Have you tried asking Manda ( Mango Beads) I know she has leaf...she may have the foil too

Ages since I have played with Dichroic with lampworking.  This is rainbow 3 or splinter.  Huge splinters of Dichroic!!  Base is CIM cranberry, encased with clear and white stuff added cos I saw someone else play with white this way
