CiM Sangria and striking it

I am having a bit of a problem striking my hearts.  The majority of the bead strikes ok but I am getting very patchy streaky beads where it hasn't all struck!!!!
Any ideas anyone??

Have you tried heating it a little bit more not just flashing through the flame?

if you do a search on the topics this was discussed a few weeks ago.

Make sure that you have a neutral flame, and work a little cooler rather than raging hot - (sounds odd I know when you're supposed to heat up striking colours). And do give it a chance to cool before gently re-heating.
