Creeping flame

I am ahaving problems with my flame, it's creeping as the oxycon breathes. I am having to turn the flame right down to keep the flame steady.

Does anyone know what I can do?

I have de fluffed the filter on the back, but should I be washing it? I have heard that there are some internal filters, should I be opening up the oxycon and looking at these?

Oh no, this has happened to me and I can't remember exactly but I have a horrid feeling it was a major oxycon problem 


Its not your gas, is it?  Not running out?

No I have a new gas bottle

check all the connections in case there is an air leak ...... i have had the green nozzle thingy crack on mine  .......its not bleeping which on mine is usally a sign of filter or weather trouble ie air not getting in .....not problem with air comming out 

and check gas regulator .....i sometimes have to alter mine when i have a new bottle
