hottest part of the flame

hiya all, i have a hh and am running bulk fuel, can anyone tell me which is the hottest part of the flame? fired up my torch on Thursday night and have made about 30 beads ( some look like chewing gum on  a stick) does that mean i am another addict lol, i will be at Julie's on 1st august and will bring my offerings with me xx

It's about an inch(ish) from the top of the blue cone, that's where you should be melting the glass, cooler from there out, don't use the blue cone it will burn it, worth a try so you can see what happens though, keep beads warm towards the back of the flame
