Have you tried doing a search on the ol' WWW?
there are many methods of using it, and applying, usually mean pre heating the millifiori chip, then heating the bead, then pushing the two together
Sarah Hornik said a bit about using them recently on her blog.. (the glass slipper).. I have tried again with them since, and the advice about putting a blob of clear on top before melting in is good :)
Yeah Sara Hornik blog, ~i tried that and had better results, but I've still given most of mine away, too fiddly.
