Does anyone have or know of tutorial for making beads in the shape of cupcakes please?

i make them like this -

1. make a wide cone shape (that's the paper case of the cake)
2. add on the top white whippy top.
3. Add ridges to the base with a razor tool to look like a cake paper
4. decorate with stringer for sprinkles
