Just had a days holiday approved by the boss this morning so I can now come to Flame Off ;D !
Haven't been for a couple of years so I'm looking forward to all of the demos as all the artists are amazing.
It is always so nice to see our UK artists in action so I'm very much looking forward to seeing our own Jennie Lamb.
I'll be on my own and don't really know anyone so if anyone fancies a chat over a coffee between demos that would be lovely :)
yes, I'm coming. Haven't been for several years, but doing 2 courses this year - Thurs and Sat am. I'm sure there was a list somewhere, maybe it was on FB. Would be nice to chat over a coffee - Friday?

Lynnybobs, suggest we meet beside Helen's stall, then there's 3 of us. I'm doing 'torch duty' at some time on Friday, don't yet know when. On a FB page this morning, I saw mention of a sign up list for evening eating together, on the FB Flame Off UK page. I have just applied to join.
I'm very much looking forward to my Friday visit, watching all the excellent demos, blowing my pledge bauble, and visiting all the lovely stalls.
I am looking forward especially to seeing all the goodies on Helen's and Madeline's stalls! (I wore my lovely Enchanted Cobwebs sunflower topper for my wedding last summer!)
I'm going, and this time for all three days! The thing I am looking forward to the most is the class I'm doing on Thursday - not been to one of those before, so this is all a bit exciting.

Flame n fuse / Helen - sounds good ! How about we meet up after the first demo unless you are on torch duty ? Unfortunately I can't stay for the evening as got a dog sitter organised for the day time :)

I'm stuck at home having managed to break a leg at the end of April - could be a few months before I'm mobile again.

I'll be there this year! Didn't book a ticket because I didn't quite believe something terrible wouldn't happen (this time last year my Partner was in hospital having emergency MRI scans!), but so far we're looking good!
Am looking forward to it (going out on my own is still a big accomplishment!)

Well I was there not for long as it happens but long enough to pick up my new Kiln and bend the bank balance a lot for some new glass. just had a play and loving the new colours, the new DH glass, Keto was easy to reduce and I got lots of nice colours, but we shall see what it looks like coming out fo the kiln later.
Was really nice to see lots of glass and glassy people there, especially nice to see Pauline again. Good to see Ann and Josh with their new kiln.
