Yes it is fused glass. Firstly made all the different coloured balls, then cut out the shape from plain glass, fired that with a coating of green enamel then attached all the different colours and fired again.  Sorry pic a bit fuzzy, taken on my ipad and for some reason they don't seem to come out all that sharp.

I was going to say "Coooolll" and then realised how inappropriate that would be  ;D
