Title: LIQUID STRINGER PART 2
Post by: DeePoole on September 08, 2014, 08:12:11 AM
This is just a short one to show how the lace tree was finished, and liquid stringer directly onto sheet and coloured in. Nice and easy! If I can do it, a banana could do it!

You could also use Gum Tragacanth from Hobbycraft instead of the Tylo powder.

Just been looking around your site Dee.
You do some amazing work. I especially like your mermaids.

It's true, you can use many things to make the gel. This is what works for me, but it isn't the only product that does the same.
As long as we make it rather than spending a lot buying it..x

Probably obvious to the rest of you, but to save having too many colours in stock, can one successfully mix powdered frit to get extra colours or do they separate?
thanks
