Gorgeous beads so far.
Here is a bracelet I made a while ago, it has twisties in some of the beads so I guess it counts for this one!

I have chosen the most fun bead out of my 'twisty' ones!

All very lovely, love the octopus very much! Twisties are not my forte, can make them, but applying them is a different ball game! Time to get PPP! :)
I love twisties!

C Beadies I love those, I always thought they were dots!
Love the trellised one Sue, the octopus is fab too, in fact I love twisties but I never know what to do with wigwag. I make it and then just admire it.
I think this is definitely one for me!
did these ages ago ;)

Lovely colours Amber. :) I had forgotten that I did some twistie beads last year, here is my 'Tiger with Sunburn' as T'Trout called it. Must go and play some more though. :)

That's lovely Lotti!
fabulous twisties every one.
I do so love these challenges. This months is gona be a real big challenge for me though. I don't think you can make pebbles out of twisties.
ok as a newbie still green around the gills i thought id better mk twisties 1st so here they are
(http://i402.photobucket.com/albums/pp103/littlewib/Facebook/homemade%20beads%20in%20order%20of%20making%20them/425966_10150716727504540_597984539_11173643_185220353_n.jpg)
Well done, that's as far as I have got with twisties. There was one day about 2 years ago when I discovered I could make them. Then the next time I was at the torch it had gone ::)
Tish I wish my first attempts looked like that, infact I'd be pleased if my hundreth attempt had looked like that! ;D
The BHB with teal has a wrap of one of my hand pulled twisties, I know its a pretty poor offering given all the lovelies on here, but I was really pleased with how neat my join was!

These are my favourite twistie beads, made last year. I Have some twisties I won from Soda Lime Times and I just keep looking at them, thinking they are too pretty to use LOL!!!
I make twisties then think they're too pretty to use as well.
But here's on old bhb where I used one.

p.s. im so in love with that twistie heart its just gorgouse
I'm not getting much done this month, but here is a bead using Jolene's twistie, murrini and goldstone shards.

Tish, that's a fab twistie bead. I really like what you've done with that twistie Heather.
Just thought I'd show one of the many varied uses of a twistie, teeny bit rude, sorry. Tis a booby bead with twistie pastilles ;)

lol love it u naughty minx
Sue, that is brilliant! ;D
That is so brilliant. well done.
I am laughing so loud the boys will be in to see what is funny.
OK had a go a some twisties
(http://www.jewellerybyjenny.co.uk/pictures/twisties.JPG)
and this was a bead made from the top one which was a twisties made with clear glass and lime green Adventurine frit which I think looks like sea weed on this bead
(http://www.jewellerybyjenny.co.uk/pictures/seaweed.JPG)
That 's exactly what I use that frit for - it's perfect innit! Nice colours in your twisties, particularly like the second from the bottomx
made a few 'first' twisties and then was stumped as to how to use them well - then thougth of this for a change
(http://i1137.photobucket.com/albums/n514/tomcat_beader/drops.jpg)
the 1st from left is a simple red edge on pink twistie the 2nd is rubino and goldstone in clear twistie that for some reason has given it a green tinge ( addendum - suspect the clear was antique clear hence the green tinge ) the 3rd is iris orange, dark matter and copper green twistie over white and the last is cobalt blue in clear twistie over white with extra clear to keep it floaty , looks like ink sinking in water
going to make more of these as I love the shape and the way the colours move
those definately need annealing before flame off Mark!!! I would be quite happy getting any of those in the bead swap ;)
LOVE the boobie bead! For some reason I've not been turning out good twisties lately but I do have a stash that I've been holding on to and I made these.

I hope the keychains prove popular but I doubt they'll really sell for what the beads are worth....In that case I'll just have to give them as gifts ;D
I love those keychains, they're genius! Where do you get them from if it's ok to ask? :)
Mark, if you need any annealing done, send 'em over and I'll bring them to Flame Off for you ;)
The same twistie on 3 different bases (Effetre Dark Ivory, White and Purple, i think). Rather like what it's done on the purple.
They are pretty I think I like the middle one best, but you're right that is a really interesting reaction on the third. :)
Hi Sue,
I get them from Karen Thomas Designs http://www.karenthomas.us/ (http://www.karenthomas.us/) They ship from the U.S. I may have some left over that I'm not going to use if anyone would like to buy them off me. I'll be coming to the Flame Off and can stick them in my bag. Pm me if you're interested.
I've edited this post because I made the mistake of saying that Karen Thomas only sells to people with vat numbers....you can buy items off the site with out having a trade number....sorry if this caused any confusion.
Those are very cool keychains.
I made barrel beads with a silver glass wigwag on them. (I'm planning to make more for a decent sized set).

Oh yes that's my problem. I make twisties, think oh that's not bad and then completely mess it up when I try to do anything with them! I suppose more PPP! :)
does it have to be twistie based?
cause I have a twisty thing, but with no twisties

They're lovely - which addition of Bead and Beyond was it in?
This has been a lovely challenge with such a variety of beads.
It was the Sept 2011 one, it has a red top banner and a pair of copper and red chandalier earrings on the cover.
