Title: Ends
Post by: LampyLou on October 06, 2011, 10:46:17 AM
I use almost all SS wire in my jewellery at the moment but I'm getting a bit borred and I don't want my customer to be either.  I have some lovely leather, cotton cord and silk cords but I can never seem to get an "end" to stay on.  Does anybody have any tips/suggestions or a fool proof solution?

Thanks

Julia x

Might be a silly question but have you got the right sized ends for the material you are using?  Cord crimps come in such an array of sizes and shapes and getting the right size can make all the difference.

All very good points.  I would love a trip to the Lusherie Julie but need more funds first.  I think I need a brief session with George to start and maybe you can set me straight.  I definately need to get more creative/imaginative with my work.
