;D ;D
Thankyou so much for sharing that with us all Julie, you make it look so easy!
I've just had a play with TP and silver wire - I can't wait to see the results in the kiln tomorrow mornig.

Awesome instruction :) I might just have a play ....
Thankyou :)
Thanks so much Julie, you have inspired me to go have a play when I get home from work ;D
Thank you Julie:) going home to have a go.
So Julie, does the TP actually need silver to strike then? Is it not possible to strike it on its own? I got some with my Tuffnell's order last week and will have a play soon - but too hot for me this evening!
Hmm, that's a good question actually, Anthea. I shall have to investigate ...
*coughs* I've had it strike on it's own. Mainly because I thought that's what you did ::) and haven't tried silver with it.
Rapid cooling, like with a press, seems to help.
(sorry to hijack Mrs F!)
Not at all, Mrs G, its good to know ;D

I made some plain TP beads tonight, they are in the kiln and they struck without any silver :)
Another brilliant write up Julie...thankyou ;D
I've struck TP without silver before!
Thanks for doing that, I'm book marking your blog from now on.
Oh sorry Julie, I forgot to say thanks for the write up :)
