Title: Online banner maker without ads?

Hi
Can any of you lovely peeps recommend an online banner making website that doesn't have to advertise where you made it in the finished banner? I don't mind paying (a bit!?!) for it.

I used   http://www.bannerfans.com/banner_maker.php it was free and it seemed to work ok...
