Title: Voltage?

Hello

Do you need a specific connection for Kiln's? or is the voltage ok for household electrical use?

It depends on the kiln. A kilncare bead cube or maxi or paragon sc2 or bluebird just plug into the ordinary voltage as does the kilncare Hobbyfuser. Anything else and you need to check there are others that do the same but those are the ones I know of off hand.

Well said Josephine, pretty much bang on.
There are a few others.

Basically, if the kiln rating is 3kw or below then it will be fine, if it is 3kw or more then it should not be plugged in. Simple really.
