Title: Wanted - Kiln ramp schedule for slumping cracked beads

I have never slumped cracked bead, and have everything sorted, just need the schedule for the kiln. Can anyone help?

I use my normal annealing shedule but change the top temperature to 785 deg C.

Thanks for the replies. I will have to look at my SC2 and see what the schedule I have on it at the moment. I think I have it going straight to High then it drops to 510 then garages at 520, but this is very quick. How long does it take to slump beads if I program it to 785 deg?

That's similar to my schedule and it only takes a little longer (maybe half an hour) to cool down to about 65 deg c before I open the kiln. Don't forget a good fibre paper or kiln wash on the shelf. I only change the going straight to high section if I'm putting a larger cold bead back into the kiln to do more work on it. Then I change it to about 200 per hour.
