Hello all you lovely and helpful people out there.
I have bought some Antique green glass (the one that appears to have sparkles) from Tuffnells at the Newmarket show. A lady also buying glass said that it was lovely and she told me what she did with it. Unfortunately I can't remember what she said and I have been unable to get anything interesting (including any sparkle) out of it. So, do any of you have advice on what I can do with it please? :)

I use this one and ocean - blue with sparkles.
The sparkles are copper - if it gets too hot they will disappear so work it cool.
Ocean has sparkles? :o Must try again!
Ha I just thought exactly the same thing about Ocean. I must have burned the bejesus out of it ;)
I also have Ocean (I bought it because of the sparkles) but, although I like the streaky effect, I haven't ended up with any sparkles either :(
Antique green as far as I know does nothing fancy, it's just a lovely pale green ;)
just been on Tuffers sight and it seems the antique green I have is antique crystal as mine has no goldstone sparkles in it, can someone tell me if this is a new thing or am I going mad?
It's not a new one. One is the one that looks like sea glass when etched, the one with the sparkles looks nice when used leaf mashers, it's not as green looking. I'm terrible with names and all glass is outside, so not sure which is which name wise. The sparkly one doesn't want too much heat. Ocean looks lovely over white.

Reichenach Ocean is a pale transparent blue with the little copper (goldstone) sparkles - I have the feeling there is another brand with a glass called ocean?
Antique green isn't green at all it's clear with sparkles, antique crystal on the other hand is green . . . . Go figure!
