Aaaahhhhh! ! It is gorgeous! ! I want more! !
Zucca? Not sure if that has a lighter core. I'll have a look when I go out to torch later.
Not zucca, that has really obvious rings. CIM do one called Sunny something. It might be that.
I have some CIM Sunny Side Up ( now called Pumpkin Unique I am told. These colour names do get confusing! )
But the rings seem to have a more transparent layer than the one you show. Next time I'm torching I will melt some and see if it looks more similar then.
What are those blue/silver bands round the glass rods? Are we supposed to be looking at those too?
Could it be apricot yellow? I think the rods I have show more variation but I know batches of this one in particular differ! The melted ends look like it though!
I was just thinking apricot yellow too, it looks like mine but I have found each batch varies a lot but they are all beautiful, I am interested to know what the grey bit is?
These are some of my off mandrel bits, the dark blue grey bit is eff dark turq :)
Thanks all! Any melty info would be great
I'd definitely be interested in buying some rods of whatever glass it turns out to be if anyone has any lying around!
Looks a bit like CiM Pheonix...but not in the rod!
Yellow special 418 I think!
