Title: Can anyone recommend a nice opaque pink?
Post by: GlassOcean on November 09, 2007, 09:52:44 PM
Hi Everyone,

Can any of you recommend a nice opaque pink?  I haven't seen any and wondered if it is rare?  Or quite a strong/hot transparent pink?

KJ.

Effetre baby pink - don't know if that's the same as the one Manda said?  ??? It's a much nicer and stronger pink than it looks in rod form and if you stick rubino over the top it looks like this;

Cim Gelly's Sty is nice and predictable. It doesn't get smutty with a HH.

the best one we've ever found is the lauscha opaque pink - but sadly out of stock..

gelly's is one of our most popular pinks, as it the flamingo and grapefruit crush from FFGH.. the handmade pink from effetre is rarely available but really nice, the silver striking tongue pink is tricky to work but very subtle.. just don't give up if it looks a bit grey when it first goes on... it cools down a lovely gentle pink..

I'm a huge fan of Gelly's Sty (shame I forgot to pick some more up from Q last weekend  :() and it's the nicest pink i've ever tried.

Gellys Sty is great, but I found if I don't turn the hothead right up it will devit really easily. Fab colour though!

Gellys Sty is a nice well behaved pink.
The Laushcha one really doesn't like to be encased.
Rubino Oro gets my vote for the best, most interesting and deepest pink.
