I had a tip off from a friend and rushed down to my local branch to find it's absolutely true!
Apparently, all the Wickes branches are refitted their shop floor demonstration kitchens and are selling off all the demo cupboard carcasses very cheaply. I've just bought a very sturdy base unit with deep drawers (saucepan drawers probably) and a wall unit with extra corner shelf unit attached to one side, for £10 each! I may pop to another fairly local branch to see what they have left too as I'm setting up my sewing room as well as my glass studio, so any cheap storage is most welcome.

Yes, a good plan to ring them first. The second branch I visited had sold out and didn't have as many refits as the other.
I pass 1 on the way home so may just pop in as I need some units for my new shedio :D
