Hi all
I have stock in a gallery which paid upfront for the first order then within 30 days for subsequent ones, no sale or return, which is great. I also have stock going in to 3 more which don't pay up front, 1 has given me full details of how this works with them, 1 has given me some info and the last one has asked me for my trading terms. (Should I supply terms to all 3?)
Any advice with standard terms would be welcome and appreciated. I normally say no to supplying shops or galleries, but I would like to do these particular ones.

I would certainly be giving all 3 a copy, esp when people do not pay up front as they are basically 'credit/account customers'. You should state/specify how long they have to pay up, normally it is 30 days on account, and what happens if they do not settle. It might be wise to also specify that untill the goods have been paid for that they still belong to you, and that you can take back your goods if they don't pay within a specified time or levy extra costs in order to get payment Admin charge.

Also check that the goods are insured by the shop prior to them coughing up.
