Tuffnells sell a Reichenbach Deep Black...does anyone know if this is the same glass as Dense Black?
I don't know for sure but I would suspect it's the same thing, unless they are different COE. I use the deep black 104 from Tuffnell's for my black stringer work. It is the best I have used, and I've tried lots.

There seems to be lots of useful information and tips.
It's absolutely brill for stringer work but it also does some pretty cool crazy stuff over a couple of CiM colours and Mystic Red too http://www.kitzbitzartglass.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/reichenbach-deep-black-stringer.html
Make sure you buy the "deep black" and not the black as the black spits and sputters and silvers up in the flame.
Deep black also has some very interesting effects with silver glass often changing colour completely.

Yes its the same. I think it depends on what translation site Martin used ;)
but I use the deep black and its brilliant!
I have it in my Frit shop too.
