I'm looking too hard, I can't find it!
There was a post here recently where someone had got around the 'can't make stud earrings using the floppy crocodile clips' problem by using some metal bits cut from some electrical fittings. Can anyone either see the post and point me in the right direction or tell me what it is I am going to be getting from the DIY shop to hold the mandrel in one end and the earring pin in the other. Having just rediscovered my stud earring bits I am determined to have another go but my croc clips are not up to the job (if crocs had teeth like this they'd have died out from hunger along with the dinosaurs) and I don't have a pin vice. Am trying to do this as cheaply as possible for the moment.
