Here it is!
This is the eighth colour challenge on Frit happens and it is for one month only and it is
RED
I thought this would be the perfect colour to start us off in the festive mood, Tesco's have the crackers, and i dont mean jacob's, so why not make an early start.
You can make anythin that takes your fancy however it must be mostly red
A focal, a set a critter it is completely up to you.
Sound good?
So lets go!!!
The next Colour challenge will be started in November
That is a lovely bead Lesley.
I usually struggle with red too but ages ago someone ordered on of my flowery beads but with a red base (not something that would of occured to me) and it looked great. Here is another one I have just done on a base of the Vetrofond Candy Apple. The photo doesn't really do it justice, the red is really deep but more red than it looks in the picture.

Beautiful beads Lesley and Josephine, Lesley love the rich colour. I'm still a bit nervous about using my rubino oro, keep pulling it out of the rack and looking at it then putting it back again :D
I love doing these beads, find it really relaxing so I apologise for being repetitious (oooh thats a long word, start calling me Mrs Bouquet ;) ).
Here are my red spirals, first one is encased in light pink.
