Now then, I have just recieved this e-mail from a lady who has just bought a Bead Cube.
"Hi lee, Did my first batch yesterday and house still standing !! Love it and got 159 beads in with loads of room to spare.."
I was a little astonished :o to see the amount so it leads me to the question, what is the most beads you have got in your Bead Cube ??? ??? ??? ???
:o
Ok i want proof ;D
I only garage so that wont count! ;D
Mine's an Efco 110, same size as a bead cube... 335 I think was the most. Took me ages to clean the blighters!
Ooooh we're sposed to put beads in there! ;)
I use the little blighter for everything but beads and actually my Biennale entry for this year is currently being cast in the bead cube kiln or Wee Blue as he's known my way!

Mines is called wee eck after my granda ::)
Bless Wee Blue 8)
and Bless Wee Eck ;D
I've often done over 300 - I think the most ever was about 350 - there weren't many above spacer size though.
And Bless Lee for the extra shelf, not that I stack them both in but enables quick reloading!
I love my bead cube too. I think I have stuffed about 20 large sized sculptural beads in mine when I was using it. And space for more.
Can't wait to get back into using my kit ;D
I can manage about 40 small beads on mandrels with alot of fiddling about. The tricky bit is getting a fresh bead into the heap without touching one aready garaging.
I try to avoid the beads touching the surface so they dont get over heated by the wrap aroudn element.
