I have some Back Magic to try out and am wondering what the schedule is to get to 975 / 523 temperature? I have a Paragon Fusion 16.
Also, as this particular substance is not good for food bearing surfaces does anyone know of one that is...?

Well, seeing as that temperature is in the controlled first part of most fusing/slumping schedules, I guess I'd take it up at the same speed, or slower depending on how many times its been in the kiln, than you would for the full process.
i.e if its a large piece, I'd go around 166 degrees per hour, if it is a larger piece.
If you google for it, there's quite a few references, more on th US forums, so the information might be out there, otherwise, you could always ask the supplier you got it from.
