Hi
  I saw these and i think i,ll get a set as i find it really hard to get a neat bail on off mandrel stuff. Sorry if you,ve already seen them .x

They look interesting.  :)  I use Peter tweezers, which are really good and similar, though you still need to finish off with a tungsten pick. Could these possibly be a pair of adapted long needlenose pliers??

I use Peters tweezers too but finish off with a cheap and cheerful awl (which is basically a pointed spike) to extend the hole slightly to make it more visually pleasing.
