Hi there everyone- this is going to be a stab in the dark but someone on here mentioned about a fantastic pink I think from effetre- sometimes the names are different for you guys then for us in the states- It was a pretty sought after pink if I remember. If anyone can steer me in the right direction that would be great- I am making a commissioned piece for a dear friend who has breast cancer- thank you so much!!!
was it a transparent or striking pink, like rubino, or an opaque pink, like baby pink ?
I mentioned Effetre Opal Rose, which is a lovely bubblegum pink. It needs to be struck though - the rods are a whitish when you get them. :)
I think this was opq- I remember it having a name I had never heard and I have been a lampworker for 5 years ???
that might have been it I remember someone having pictures of this glass got any? it was a lovely pink
