I have just bought Kim Neelys Patina Floral tutorial after seeing someone's beads made from it (sorry can't remember which thread I was looking at now!) - it requires the use of Effetre Sage Green & I only have the transparent green which looks nothing like the one she uses. Martin doesn't have anything other than a transparent - does anyone know if there is an alternative to this?
Shelia
I thought Martin had the opaque sage but I can't see it on his website.
The closest thing would be avocado opaque as an alternative or maybe CIM Khaki.

Thanks Madeline - I looked there this morning and didn't see it - what a div & I've just placed an order :(
Hmm neither did I - and I ran a search ???

must have been hiding! naughty sage! I don't think I've got any or I'd send you a stick.
That's very kind Madeline - but hopefully I've managed to get some put with my order :)
Kaz - I did a search too and it only came up with the transparent stuff.

Hi
Just wondering where you saw the Kim Neely's tutorial please? ;D
Sam
Here you are, Sam: http://www.bluffroadglass.com/tutorials.html
As I entered a draw on LE, although not winning any of the prizes I was told that I, or any of my friends, could use the discount code of JULIEHB to get 30% off her tutorials, and I am free to publish it anywhere I wish. Feel free :-)
Thanks for sharing Julie x
:)
Forgot to say: you have until December 8th, after which the discount code will no longer be valid :)
Damn just bought it at full price. Maybe I'll have to get one of her other tutorials ::)
Thank you Julie - just treated myself, I do like a bargain. :)

Thanks very much Julie ;D
Don't forget to show us some of your beads!
Sam.
Anyone know if this tut is okay for working on a hothead ??? She says on her blurb she doesnt have experience of this so cant say either way.
Have you looked through the thread on LE? I would have thought there are some hothead users there.
