Title: Kiln Advice Please
Post by: Kay24 on November 07, 2010, 11:00:29 AM
Hi All

I'm after some advice please, I am looking for a kiln that I can use for beads as well as silver clay, is that possible?  Ideally needs to be around the £500 mark.

Thanks Kay

Hiya Kay, the Paragon SC2 can be used as a bead annealer and also goes high enough to fire silver clay.

I use a Paragon SC2 with a bead door. I make beads and use the various sorts of metal clay. It has worked really well for all of them.

Someone on here had one for sale the other day - worth checking the for sale board.

Kilncare's bead cube is designed to work with PMC as well as beads, and just less than £500
