Title: extraction fan causing flame movement
Post by: mel on June 04, 2010, 06:16:19 PM
Hi
I've just fitted a good extraction fan with a tin bucket end as the opening but the flame moves around quite a bit, presumably there is some sort of vortex going on. Any ideas how to stop this, it's a tad more than very irritating...

Maybe it's a bit close to the flame.

Have you got a picture you can show us?

Have you tried using the smoke from an incense stick? That way you can move it around and maybe see where it is and isn't taking the smoke?
