we ship these all the time.. an oxycon plus torch comes in at 28kilos (including the standard box)...
i can measure the height of the standard box if you need?...

just checked our box... 18"x18" and 31" high....
so to summarise, WITH a torch and extra padding, an oxycon will ship in one box at about 30kg.... (which co-incidentally is the maximum weight limit for a courier!)... please remember to tape re-inforce the BOTTOM flaps... its logical really, but thats the bit of the box taking all the stress!!!...
