Title: Paragon Bluebird kiln
Post by: suzanneC on June 30, 2009, 10:09:41 PM
Help please

Have fired up my new kiln for the first time.  Martin (Tuffnells Glass) kindly sent me a programme for batch annealing and have followed instructions to the letter, had OH check to see if I had done it right.  Have just checked again and gone through the programme, it appears to have gone through most of the programme but is now showing 0452 and has done for a considerable time.  Have I done something wrong, or does is stay like this for a long time?  A complete novice with kilns.

Hi again

I think I have been incredibly stupid, or can't read in my old age.  Having read through all the instructions again I note that it says 'then turn off' it doesn't say that it will turn off automatically duh!!  I hope that's right, anyway have turned off so will now retire to bed.

Cheers  Suex

I have no idea Sue but I hope you're right.  Errrm that doesn't mean I hope you are stupid or can't read!  I mean I hope you have solved the kiln mystery and everything is alright.  Oh  I think I had better get off to bed too.  ;D
