Title: looking for a dragon tutorial
Post by: turnedlight on February 10, 2009, 08:12:51 AM
Does anyone have a tut for a dragon bead, or (easy!) off mandrel? I want to make one for my DH. I will have a go at making one up today, but it's bound to be rubbish! Lol!
I'm thinking Lord Of The Rings style, or maybe Welsh..

WELSH dragon!!!! Excuse me but we can't have Welsh Dragons being made in Hampshire ;D ;D ;D I'm sure there must be an EU regulation preventing that. It's like saying Scotch Whiskey can be made in Japan  ::) ::) ::)

I'm looking forward to seeing them Kathryn  ;D

No sorry they gave up all rights to make Welsh Dragons by defecting to England ;D ;D ;D. Please see Scotch Whiskey example - you wouldn't be able to make Scotch Whiskey if you moved to Japan!!! ;D ;D ;D

Here we go then, I looked at several, but they weren't quite what I had in mind so I came up with my own.. went down a treat with DH, and I might maybe turn it into a tut if I had a clue how!

Kathryn, now that the dragon has turned out so well, how about a step by step tut from you. Just words would do if you would have trouble with the pictures.  ;)  ;)
