Streaky Effetre Red - Opaque

Hi

I was making red beads for Red Nose day and my red is all streaky!!! Ekk!!

Any tips for correcting this please? And do yo think if I batch annealed them it would make a difference??

Mine is streaky no matter what.  Just gotta live with it.

I have found that a lot of reds are striking even if they aren't advertised as such they benefit from a nice warm all over bath. Have a last little wave in the flame to heat them all evenly before you pop them in the kiln that should even out the colour a bit

Might still batch anneal to see if it makes any difference - will keep you posted!
