I have received an email from someone wanting tubing in specific shapes with holes in specified places - I'm thinking she needs a scientific glass worker - it doesn't look that challenging but it's not my 'ting'!  If anyone fancies taking a look - even to suggest someone who may be able to help, I can forward you the email.
