Inclusions - does anyone remember?

Does anyone remember a series of posts probably quite a while ago by a chap who posted on his experience of fusing real leaves and tinfoil leaves?
I have just managed to completely delete my entire bookmarks/favourites file on the computer where I had (I thought safely) stashed this great info.
I am sure it was a bloke and I'm pretty sure it was three in a row .... I've been through all the tutorials in that section but just can't think were to go from there.

BRILLIANT - that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!  His results are SO much better than I have achieved having lost his advice even before I'd had a go. Now I can try again....
