Pretty necklaces Suzanne.

I had a go at a brooch. I have to say, I found it such a fiddle trying to sew the wired beads onto the ribbon that it may well be my first and last!

I agree with you Josephine that's the bit I really don't like, seems to take ages. I wore one the other night and was surprised how comfortable and light it was.

Quite a quiet week it seems - is it coz Kaz is away?
There's lots of luvverly stuff, but Josephine - I love that fuschia pink heart too, and the opal raspberry (is it?) one on the end
Les - your fairies are so pretty, but that little cat made me smile
Madeline - your little birds are so sweet (and fabulously clever too)
Four days Gaynor? Wow. You were a busy lady! My favourite is the purpley blue focal on the right with the pink murrini - such a gorgeous colour.

I haven't had much torch time recently, but was pleased with these - mainly coz it's the very first time I've managed to apply murrini successfully:

And at the risk of hogging, may I show you these (just listed on etsy)?

Thanks for looking

Thanks for all your kind words on my birdies!
love those spotty dotty rounds! so bright! Smiley also well done on the murrini, they look fab! and I like Gaynor's blue focal with the pinky red murrini too!

I really admire everyone who has the patience to make all those components and then to stitch and bind and fiddle it all together like that!

Beautiful birds!

More dahlias (which remind me of monarch butterflies) and my own murrini on the green sets

Such great beads from everyone, but I especially love Madelines birdies and Helens knobs.

I found an old blog from Dora Schubert and got some inspiration for these lentils, I added some dichro to make them my own. I am so pleased with how they turned out.
