I have just spent nearly two hours on Ebay live chat - trying to find out if it is possible to appeal low detailed star ratings.  Over the last year I have recieved 6 low dsr's against dispatch time - despite always dispatching with the 3 working days that is part of my T&C's and clearly identified in my listings.  I have also had 4 low dsr's against Item Description.   I have a 99.6% postive feedback rating.  This suggests that customers give a positive feedback and a low dsr Huh

I feel that these are unfair and are stopping me from getting Top Rated Seller status and increasing my selling limits.  So 2 hours and 4 departments later - they feel that no violation has occurred - that is customers can give positive feedback and a low dsr and there is nothing you can do about this.

You can appeal a feedback - and therefore the accompanying dsr - but you cannot identify in any way who gave a low dsr, so which positive feedbacks do you appeal?  Ebay use the dsr to evaluate your business standards.

When tried to question this - they hung up on me!!!!!!!

If only there was an alternative................................... Angry
